Fox News will host a town hall with former President Donald Trump on Jan. 10, which happens to be the same evening as CNN’s Republican debate in Iowa. The Fox News event will be co-moderated by anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum and will be aired live from Des Moines, Iowa.

CNN’s Kaitlin Collins will moderate a live town hall with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis at 9 p.m. ET from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa. Then CNN Anchor Erin Burnett will moderate a live town hall with former Ambassador Nikki Haley at 10 p.m. ET, also from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Fox News and CNN saw declines from last year while MSNBC saw a slight gain. The networks still face an existential threat from cable cord-cutting.
